V.Ships Leisure is looking for Cruise Staff on behalf of MSC Cruises.Key Responsibilities

Support the Cruise Staff Manager-Cruise Activities Manager in all entertainment activities and games on board and ashore (e.g., Islands).Lead and participate in games by or in swimming pools, tournaments and sports activities, lounge performances, board games, close-up activities, trivia, talent shows, and other passenger-involvement activities.Coordinate workshops of graphic or body expression, dance classes, arts and crafts, language lessons, etc.Prepare materials for scheduled activities and return materials to storage after performances or activities.Be on station at the point of performance at least 15 minutes before the activity start.Advertise activities by socializing with passengers while ensuring no one is embarrassed or pressured to participate.Engage with passengers at all times, giving special attention to children, elderly, disadvantaged persons, solo travelers, or passengers of minority languages to facilitate participation where possible.Dance with passengers and respond to requests and feedback by reporting issues to the Cruise Director or Cruise Staff Manager – Cruise Activities Manager.Help create a social atmosphere onboard and participate in all entertainment meetings as required by the Cruise Director or Cruise Staff Manager – Cruise Activities Manager.Provide ongoing reporting about activities to the Cruise Staff Manager – Cruise Activities Manager.Assist with embarkation/debarkation duties, shore excursions, and supporting the Cruise Director as needed.Assist and cooperate with the entertainment team for language translation when necessary.Participate in shore excursions as an escort, representing the Company and ensuring visibility, safety, and socializing for passengers.Monitor door access, assist performers, take part in performances, guide passengers, and support entertainment needs at beaches or ports when required.Education/Experience/Qualifications

Previous experience in entertainment roles.The ability to work effectively in a team and independently.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus (Japanese/Korean/Russian).Availability to travel and work for extended periods at sea.A love for engaging with people from different cultures and ..... full job details .....
