We are a busy and growing recruitment partner based in Cambridge who are seeking an ambitious Managing Recruitment Consultant to lead the team and drive the business forward. Specialising in matching top-tier talent with brilliant businesses across a variety of industries. We pride ourselves on our commitment to delivering tailored recruitment solutions, with a focus on building long-lasting relationships. The role will be office based and we are based in Swavesey. Main duties will include: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their recruitment needs and offering effective solutions. Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards and advertisements. Conducting interviews and assessing candidate s skills, experience, and cultural fit for client roles. Managing the offer process, including salary negotiations. Identifying new opportunities, engaging with potential clients and bringing in new business. Ensure accurate and up-to-date record-keeping in the recruitment database and client-facing systems. Managing a team of consultants. Key Skills and Experience: Proven experience in recruitment Previous experience managing and driving a team of people Strong communication and interpersonal skills A goal-oriented, self-motivated approach, with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
