Managing Quantity Surveyor

Pinnacle are looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor for new highways scheme in Wolverhampton, where you will take it from-pre construction through to delivery.
You will play a pivotal role in delivering a critical infrastructure project from start to finish on a highways project.

Duties

• Lead and manage all commercial aspects of the project
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and management
• Ensure accurate valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Provide strategic input on risk management and value engineering.
• Collaborate closely with project teams.

Person Specification

• Proven experience as a Senior or Managing Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or infrastructure projects, ideally on Highways-
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial management principles.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.

Salary is up to -73,000 + allowance + pkg.
