Manager / Senior Manager - HR - Perm - London We are recruiting a Senior Manager to lead our high performing People and Strategic Talent desk. This is a warm, relationship driven, high value desk that generated £200k+ last year, with strong PSL access, established client relationships, and a proven track record of strategic hiring across HR, People, Finance and Professional Services.You will manage a team of three permanent recruiters, work closely with our strong temp counterpart, and partner with an enviable client portfolio including Vanguard, MNK, Magic Circle law firms, US investment banks, CBRE and Lockton. All roles are exclusive, with opportunities driven through ongoing strategic relationships, PSLs, and internal collaboration.This is a hands on leadership role with significant room for growth and high earning potential.
