in financial and sustainability disclosures.

Engage with standard-setters, regulators, and policymakers , representing the investor voice in consultations, roundtables, and global initiatives.

Write and publish technical articles, blogs, and comment letters

that explain complex disclosure topics in accessible language.

Collaborate across teams

(research, advocacy, content) to align messaging and policy goals.

Stay ahead of trends

in corporate disclosures, including developments in financial reporting (IFRS/US GAAP), ESG, assurance, and data analytics.

What You’ll NeedEssentialA professional qualification or track record in

accounting, audit, assurance, or investment analysis :ACA, CA, CPA, CFA

(or progress toward one of these).

Experience working with or analyzing

corporate disclosures , including financial statements, earnings reports, or regulatory filings.

Strong understanding of

financial reporting concepts

(e.g., IFRS, US GAAP).

Excellent communication skills , with the ability to translate technical topics for diverse audiences.

A strong

interest in policy development and regulatory engagement .

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively on cross-functional projects.

DesirableExposure to

sustainability reporting frameworks

(e.g., ISSB, CSRD, TCFD, SASB).

Familiarity with

regulatory processes

or

standard-setting bodies

(e.g., SEC, FASB, IASB).

Prior experience contributing to

public comment letters , industry responses, or internal policy positions.

In compliance with wage transparency laws in many of the jurisdictions in which we recruit, we provide the following information regarding compensation for this position: ExpectedsalaryRange: US $120,000 - $140,000 / UK £60,000- £70,000 per year. Allsalaryranges are subject to adjustment based on experience, education, location and other factors relevant to the position. Other benefits include eligibility for annual incentives, 12% 401k/pension employer contribution, and competitive medical benefits.
