Financial Accounting and Reporting Manager50,000 - 55,000 + superb benefits packageCamden, LondonOur client, a well known and much respected leader in their chosen field is looking to add the capabilities of a talented and highly driven finance professional to their ranks. The position which has materialised due to internal movements and succession planning will allow for real creative flair and a chance to play a pivotal role within a fast-moving global enterprise.Those interested in applying for this position must be able to provide solid working examples of success within a fast-paced commercial enterprise, potentially a PE backed start up or a medium sized entity about to take the jump to the next level.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day financial accounting operations and the production of accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting across global entities.

Manage full month-end close process, statutory accounts preparation, tax compliance support, and audit coordination.

Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in financial control.

Support the Group Financial Controller with reporting quality, governance, and systems development.

Interface with the wider finance team (FPandA, Business Planning) and regional business leaders to support scalable, compliant, and well-documented financial operations.

Respond to demand for fast turnaround of figures to support decisions; balance speed and accuracy; challenge assumptions constructively.

Apply strong technical accounting understanding (IFRS or local GAAP) and leverage advanced spreadsheet and ERP system capabilities.

Qualifications

Professional qualification in ACA, ACCA, CIMA or on the verge of completing studies; not hybrid; office presence 5 days a week.

Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS or local GAAP).

Advanced spreadsheet and ERP system capabilities.

Experience in a fast-paced commercial enterprise, ideally in PE-backed start-up or medium-sized entity preparing to scale.
