To be an effective Manager within our Strategy and Performance Transformation applicants will be expected to:Responsibilities

Act as a credible client liaison on KPMG engagements, often taking a "specialist" role with a view to develop long term client relationships; act as an ''ambassador'' for the firmDesign and run small- to mid-sized projects and / or larger more complex workstreams - extensive experience of deal-related projects will be critical, e.g. Commercial DD, MandA Strategy, Value creation etcProduce client-ready deliverables that exceed expectations and require minimal reviewTake initiative to develop creative and innovative solutions to complex problems and deliver these within the context of the team and client requirementsDesign and execute detailed financial / business models performing complex scenario and sensitivity analysis; also guide junior team members to reach right-first-time outputAct as a coach and mentor to junior team members - on and outside of projects - ensuring that they learn on the job and progress in their careersProvide timely feedback and coaching to other team membersTake pro-active role in thought leadership and knowledge management activitiesSupport the practice by proactively getting involved in internal practice matters and business development initiatives, and taking responsibilities for these moving forwardBe aware of and take suitable level of responsibility that the firm\''s risk management frameworks are adhered toKey Competencies
