We''re seeking an experienced and qualified Accounting Services Manager to join a growing and dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong accountant with proven leadership experience who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service and developing high-performing teams. Role Requirements: Provide strong leadership, managing a diverse team with a mix of senior and junior staff, including apprentices.Work closely with other Managers to ensure smooth day-to-day accounting operations.Manage a varied portfolio of client accounting work, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently and within agreed timescales.Oversee the preparation and review of annual accounts and related work, identifying and resolving more complex accounting issues and ensuring a high technical standard.Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations and firm procedures.Assist clients with accounting software set-up and other general accounting issues.Collaborate with other departmental teams to support the effective delivery of services to clients.Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance departmental efficiency, accuracy and client service.Provide support during tax preparation and other regulatory reporting.Work ..... full job details .....
