Job Advert: HR Manager - Component Manufacturing Sector: Manufacturing (Automotive, Aerospace, and related sectors) Location: Coventry Remuneration: £55,000 to £65,000 basic salary + car Working Pattern: Hybrid (2 days WFH) The Role A well-established manufacturing company based in Coventry is seeking an experienced HR Manager to take ownership of the HR function at their site. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering HR strategies that support operational excellence and business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with a background in component manufacturing or related manufacturing sectors such as automotive or aerospace. As the site HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all HR activities on site, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, and fostering a positive workplace culture that drives performance and engagement. You will work autonomously, providing expert HR advice and partnering closely with senior leadership to support the company''s strategic objectives.
