You will be supporting the Financial Controller with the management accounts as well as assisting when needed at the transactional level. Responsibilities: Preparation of full monthly management accounts, supporting information and reporting suite Balance sheet reconciliation including ownership of fixed asset register and monthly balance sheet reconciliations Monthly preparation of Accruals Monthly preparation of Prepayments Responsible for maintaining the Fixed Asset Register Responsible for monthly analysis of Overheads Analysing variances on overheads budget to actual Complete the Group Reporting Pack including report and analysis monthly Cashflow projections Calculations of monthly stock provisions Calculations of monthly bad debt provisions Monthly summary of the Customer Rebate Provisions On a weekly and monthly basis preparation and posting OF journals Responsible for VAT Return preparation and Submission Daily Group Reporting Weekly and Monthly Reporting Implementing the key performance indicators Attend weekly and monthly meetings When required cover for either the Financial Controller or Accounts Supervisor.
