Provide accurate and time-sensitive financial management and accounting information to the Group FDAssist in preparing monthly management information for all 10+ businessesTaking an active role in the year-end auditsAssume tax compliance for the businesses falling under their remitBe responsible for ensuring the credit controller is producing the necessary reporting on a weekly basisEnable quicker decision-making by presenting strategies that are backed up by financial accounting management dataEvaluate the financial performance and position of the businesses under their remitPrepare rolling 90 days cashflow forecastsAssist the FD in evaluating new business opportunities and due diligence workAttend the month-end stock take for a commodity-based business to ensure we capture the correct valuationThere is potential for this individual to share some of the Company Secretarial duties What skills ..... full job details .....
