Management Accountant

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their management accounting and financial analysis skills within a dynamic and project-focused environment.Working closely with senior finance stakeholders, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting business performance analysis, and contributing to the smooth running of the month-end process.The RoleThis varied position will see you involved in both transactional and management accounting activities, with responsibilities including:Supporting month-end close activities, including preparation of accruals, prepayments and journal entriesPreparing monthly financial reports, management information packs and key performance indicatorsSupporting the production of management and board-level reporting, providing insight into financial performance and key trendsReviewing departmental expenditure and analysing actual performance against budgets and forecastsManaging financial transactions including invoicing, cash allocations and expense processingPerforming balance sheet reconciliations and investigating any variances identifiedDelivering ad hoc reporting and analysis to support wider business initiativesWorking collaboratively across the finance function to support colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement projectsAbout YouWhat ..... full job details .....
