Management Accountant

RG consultancy are proud to be working with a leading manufacturing company to help recruit an experienced management Management Accountant to join their team. Reporting to the Senior Finance manager this is a brilliant opportunity for a part/ qualified CIMA / ACCA professional be part of a successful company and manage a growing team of 4 . Responsibilities include but are not limited to : Preparation of accurate and timely monthly management accounts Supporting the month-end and year-end close processes Preparation and posting of accruals and prepayments Balance sheet reconciliations and investigation of variances Producing monthly reporting packs and financial analysis Budgeting and forecasting Variance analysis against budgets and forecasts Monitoring costs, margins and overall business performance Providing insight and financial information to non-finance stakeholders Supporting cash flow forecasting and financial planning Assisting with year-end audit and statutory reporting requirements Ensure financial controls and processes are maintained Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties 2 years proven experience within a similar role is required Company benefits : Competitive salary Company pension 37.5 hours per week with flexible start and finish times 25 days holiday + bank with the opportunity to purchase more Onsite parking Private health insurance ..... full job details .....
