Management Accountant

Reed Finance is delighted to be partnering with a well established, multi site manufacturing business to recruit a Management Accountant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award winning organisation with a strong UK and international presence, offering both commercial exposure and the chance to play a key role in financial reporting and business decision making.Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will take ownership of the month end process and deliver accurate, timely and insightful financial information. This is a varied and hands on role, offering real responsibility and the chance to influence performance across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the month-end close process (including stock, cash, sales, purchases and nominal ledger)Prepare monthly management accounts (Trial Balance, PandL, Balance Sheet)Conduct stock valuations and maintain standard costing records within SageManage the fixed asset register and depreciation calculationsComplete balance sheet reconciliations and journal postingsProduce budget reports and partner with stakeholders to analyse variancesDeliver clear variance analysis with meaningful commentaryProvide management reporting to support profitability and growthSubmit ONS returnsSupport wider teams with financial insight and analysisManage SIPP-related invoicing and stakeholder liaisonLead the year-end audit processContribute to process improvements and cost efficienciesSkills and ExperienceWe are looking for a detail ..... full job details .....
