This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Management Accountant who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, analysing financial performance and providing meaningful insight to support decision-making.

Working closely with the Finance Lead, you''ll support the financial management and operational performance of the organisation through budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis.

Key responsibilities include:

• Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Supporting the production of monthly management accounts
• Building relationships with budget holders across the business
• Presenting financial information and insights to support decision-making
• Developing financial models and reporting tools
• Supporting audit processes and maintaining strong financial controls
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies

This role will suit someone who is confident in analysing and presenting financial data, challenging existing ways of working and influencing positive change.

• AAT Level 4 qualified, degree qualified or equivalent
• Experience within a management accounting, assistant management accounting or similar finance role
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data
• Comfortable presenting financial information to stakeholders and challenging constructively where improvements can be made
• Commercially aware, proactive and organised
• Looking for a long-term opportunity within a growing organisation
• Experience within healthcare, social care, mental health or other regulated environments would be advantageous.
