DescriptionPrepare management accounts and financial reports for review.Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing insights and recommendations.Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial data.Support the preparation of year-end accounts and audits.Maintain compliance with financial regulations and organisational policies.Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.ProfileA successful Management Accountant should have:Studying towards CIMA, ACCA or ACA. Able to commute to our client''s office in Lincolnshire.
