Management Accountant

As a Management Accountant in the Not For Profit sector, based in Lincoln, you''ll play a key role in overseeing financial processes, helping the organisation make sound financial decisions.

This is a hands-on role where you''ll support the day-to-day financial operations and contribute to the smooth running of the finance department.

Description

• Prepare management accounts and financial reports for review.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing insights and recommendations.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial data.
• Support the preparation of year-end accounts and audits.
• Maintain compliance with financial regulations and organisational policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• Studying towards CIMA, ACCA or ACA.
• Able to commute to our client''s office in Lincolnshire.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with preparing management accounts and financial reports.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from -35,000 to -40,000, dependent on the level of experience.
