Management Accountant

Our client is a Management Accountant to join their Finance team in Wroxham on a permanent basis, supporting accurate monthly management accounts and commercially focused financial reporting. Reporting to the Finance Planning and Analysis Manager, you will focus on gross profit reporting, cost analysis, reconciliations and maintaining the integrity of ERP data. This role would suit an organised and commercially aware finance professional who enjoys working with data, investigating variances and collaborating with colleagues across a maritime manufacturing business.Key Responsibilities:Support the production and accuracy of monthly management accountsProduce monthly gross profit reporting, including the reconciliation and reallocation of job expenditureComplete work in progress and revenue recognition adjustmentsReconcile and reallocate other productive costsPrepare balance sheet reconciliationsCarry out weekly timesheet checks and uploadsAnalyse material costs, committed cost variances and labour costs, investigating discrepancies where requiredProduce stock usage and variance reportsMaintain the accuracy and integrity of ERP dataInterpret financial and operational data to identify issues and opportunitiesWork collaboratively with colleagues across the business to resolve financial and data-related queriesJob Requirements:Experience in management accounting, financial analysis or a related finance disciplineStrong analytical and numerical skills, with excellent attention to ..... full job details .....
