Management AccountantPlymouth, Devon£45,000 - £55,000 per annumOur client, a growing organisation based in Plymouth, is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to join an evolving business on a full-time, permanent basis with flexible hybrid working arrangements.As Management Accountant, you will work closely with the Group Financial Controller to deliver accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis that supports informed decision-making and business performance. This opportunity would suit an experienced Management Accountant looking to help drive continuous improvement within a dynamic and evolving organisation.The responsibilities:Prepare monthly management accounts and performance reportsAnalyse financial results and investigate key variancesSupport budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activitiesProvide financial insight to operational and departmental managersMonitor costs and identify opportunities to improve profitabilityMaintain strong financial controls and reporting accuracySupport audit requirements and compliance activitiesContribute to systems enhancements and process improvementsThe candidate:ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, or qualified by experiencePrevious management accounting or business partnering experienceStrong financial reporting, budgeting and analytical skillsAdvanced Excel skills and confidence using finance systemsCommercially minded with ..... full job details .....
