Management Accountant

Butler Rose is exclusively recruiting a Management Accountant for a growing organisation in Plymouth during an exciting period of change and development. This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys financial reporting, analysis, and partnering with stakeholders to support business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly management accounts and supporting reports.Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.Produce variance analysis and performance reporting.Prepare month-end journals, accruals, and prepayments.Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variances.Support cash flow reporting and forecasting.Partner with operational teams to provide financial insight.Assist with audit preparation and other statutory complianceIdentify opportunities for process improvements and cost control.Various reporting as required by the businessAbout YouQualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or part-qualified / QBE with relevant skills and experience.Strong understanding of management accounting principles.Advanced Excel skills; BI/reporting tool experience is advantageous.Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.Able to work accurately and effectively to deadlines.This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic business where you can make a real impact while developing your career.If you are interested in this Management Accountant role in Plymouth, please contact Gareth Dagger at Butler Rose Accountancy ..... full job details .....
