Management Accountant

We-are-recruiting-a-Management-Accountant-to-join-a-growing-finance-team-and-play-a-key-role-in-delivering-high-quality-management-information-to-support-both-operational-and-strategic-decision-making-across-the-business.-You-will-take-ownership-of-the-month-end-process,-maintain-strong-financial-control,-and-provide-insightful-analysis-to-both-finance-and-non-finance-stakeholders.

Key-Responsibilities

• Produce-accurate-monthly-management-accounts,-including-P&L-and-balance-sheet-analysis
• Own-the-month-end-close-process,-ensuring-all-journals,-accruals-and-prepayments-are-completed-accurately-and-on-time
• Maintain-balance-sheet-reconciliations,-resolving-issues-and-safeguarding-financial-integrity
• Deliver-clear-and-meaningful-variance-analysis-against-budget,-forecast-and-prior-periods
• Provide-financial-insight-to-support-effective-decision-making-and-cost-control-across-the-business
• Work-closely-with-the-wider-finance-team-to-ensure-consistency-and-accuracy-in-group-reporting
• Support-internal-and-external-audits-with-confidence-and-clarity
• Contribute-to-continuous-improvement-across-finance-processes,-controls-and-reporting

About-You

• Part-qualified-or-fully-qualified-accountant-(CIMA,-ACCA,-ACA-or-equivalent)
• Strong-technical-accounting-skills,-with-the-ability-to-communicate-clearly-with-non-finance-stakeholders
• Proactive,-motivated-and-keen-to-develop-within-a-fast-growing-organisation
