Management Accountant

Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be exclusive supporting a fast-growing, acquisitive SME with plans to grow across the UK. Having completed a series of acquisitions over the past year, the business is scaling quickly and consolidating multiple entities and revenue streams under one finance function - making this a rare opportunity to build and shape a finance operation from the ground up. This is a true sole-accountant position, offering broad ownership of the day-to-day finance function with direct exposure to the CFO and senior leadership. As the business continues to acquire and integrate new entities, you''ll play a key role in bringing consistency and control to the group''s financial reporting. This role is offering a salary of up to £50,000 plus benefits and is primarily office-based in the Glasgow area. Responsibilities: Managing the full finance function on a day-to-day basis, with minimal support Preparing monthly management accounts and reporting to the CFO Being hands-on with purchase and sales ledger, bank reconciliations, and cash flow Supporting the integration of newly acquired entities into group finance processes Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and year-end audit preparation Liaising with external accountants/auditors as required Previous Experience: Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA), or qualified by experience Prior experience operating as a sole accountant, or comfortable working autonomously in a lean ..... full job details .....
