Management Accountant

Your new company An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing and ambitious SME as a Management Accountant. This business is experiencing continued success and is looking for a commercially minded finance professional to support its ongoing growth. Your new role You will play a key role in providing accurate and timely financial information to support business performance and strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts, including detailed commentary and analysis, while ensuring all financial transactions are recorded and reported accurately. Working closely with operational teams, you will support the budgeting and forecasting process, analyse revenue performance, and maintain budgets and forecasts within the FPandA system. The role will also involve completing balance sheet reconciliations, managing month-end processes, and producing ad hoc financial reports and analysis as required. In addition, you will provide valuable financial insight to identify opportunities for improved performance and support informed decision-making across the business. What you''ll need to succeed You will be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, with proven management accounting experience and strong commercial awareness. You''ll be confident partnering with stakeholders across the business, with excellent communication skills and advanced Excel capabilities.
