Management AccountantLocation: Milton KeynesSalary: £35,000 - £45,000 + Benefits About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Management Accountant to join a growing business in Milton Keynes. Reporting to the Finance, HR and Operations Manager, you will support month-end reporting, financial analysis, cashflow forecasting, working capital management, and audit preparation while providing valuable financial insight to support business performance. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts and support month-end close activities. Complete balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and variance analysis. Analyse margins, costs, overheads, and business performance against budgets. Produce cashflow forecasts and support foreign currency requirements. Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, and working capital. Maintain fixed asset registers, depreciation schedules, and asset reporting. Support VAT returns, compliance reporting, and financial governance processes. Assist with annual audits and year-end financial reporting. Identify and implement process improvements across the finance function. Provide financial support and reporting to stakeholders across the business. Skills and Experience AAT Level 4 qualified or studying towards ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent. Previous experience as a Management Accountant or within a similar finance role.
