Management Accountant

About the RoleDick Lovett Group is looking for a skilled Management Accountant to support our dealership network with accurate monthly reporting, strong financial insight, and consistent processes across the business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving financial performance, supporting team development, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and control.Please note, this role will be based on our Bristol campus. Job OpportunityResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Produce accurate monthly management accounts within agreed deadlinesProvide clear financial analysis to senior management and key stakeholdersSupport and mentor junior finance team membersMaintain accurate mapping between the DMS and reporting ledgerWork closely with the financial accounts team to ensure consistent processesReview fixed assets, additions, and disposals to support cost efficiencyAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and year end preparationEnsure monthly vehicle stock checks are completed and reconciledContribute to the development of accounting policies and proceduresWork closely with the wider Accounting teams to ensure consistent processesWorking towards Delivering Excellence within the Dick Lovett Group Essential SkillsExperience in a management accounting role and automotive sector is preferentialApplicants must hold AAT as a minimum qualification, with progression toward or achievement of CIMA or ACCA strongly preferredStrong analytical and reporting skillsHigh ..... full job details .....
