We are working with a well-established, high-growth UK business within the transportation and logistics sector, currently seeking a commercially minded Management Accountant to join their expanding finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant looking to take ownership of multiple entities within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with genuine exposure to senior leadership and strategic projects.

You will play a key role in supporting financial performance and driving insight across several business units, taking ownership of core finance processes while contributing to wider commercial decision-making.

•      Full ownership of monthly management accounts across multiple entities
•      Intercompany reconciliations and consolidated reporting
•      Supporting integration of newly acquired businesses
•      Business partnering with operational stakeholders across the business
•      Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles
•      Supporting credit control and cashflow processes
•      Involvement in M&A activity, including due diligence
•      Developing reporting packs, dashboards, and financial insights
•      Identifying and implementing process improvements and efficiencies
•      Supporting and mentoring junior team members as the function grows

•      ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or finalist with strong experience)
•      Strong experience producing management accounts in a multi-entity environment
•      Confident managing month-end processes end-to-end
•      Commercially aware with the ability to partner with non-finance stakeholders
•      Comfortable working with senior leadership teams
•      Proactive, detail-oriented, and keen to add value beyond core reporting

•      Salary £50,000 – £57,000
