Management Accountant

We are currently partnering with a well-established, market-leading organisation to recruit an experienced Management Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven finance professional to join a high-performing team and play a key role in supporting operational and commercial decision-making across a multi-site environment.You will act as a true business partner to operational teams, providing insight, challenge, and analytical support to drive performance and profitability. This role is one day a week in the office with 4 days working from home with occasional travel required.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce and analyse weekly and monthly financial reports to drive performance insightsPrepare monthly management accounts, including detailed variance analysisDevelop weekly flash reports and monthly forecasts for costs and volumesMonitor and report on KPIs and operational metricsSupport budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring robust cost controlPartner with operational teams to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunitiesAct as a key finance contact for stakeholders across the businessEnsure adherence to financial controls, policies, and compliance requirementsSupport audits and provide documentation for financial governance processesContribute to business cases and support continuous improvement initiativesParticipate in ad hoc projects and finance-led initiativesAbout YouThe ideal candidate will be fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)Strong stakeholder ..... full job details .....
