Management Accountant - Sheffield - £45,000-£55,000Chase and Holland are exclusively recruiting a Management Accountant for a successful and growing manufacturing business.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Management Accountant to join a well-established organisation in a broad and commercially focused role. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will take ownership of the monthly management accounts process, budgeting and forecasting activities, and financial controls. You will provide support and collaborate with colleagues across the finance function to ensure efficient delivery of departmental objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and balance sheet reconciliationsLead the month-end close process, including accruals, prepayments and journal postingsSupport budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial planning activitiesAnalyse business performance and provide meaningful financial insight to support decision-makingOversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with financial and statutory requirementsSupport year-end audit activities, VAT returns and financial controlsProvide day-to-day leadership, coaching and workload management for a small finance teamDrive continuous improvement across finance processes, systems and reportingAbout YouQualified or later stages studier CIMA/ ACCA or strong QBEPrevious Management Accountant experience within a fast-paced environmentStrong management ..... full job details .....
