Management Accountant

What will the Management Accountant roles involve?

• Working as part of a close-knit team to lead in financial management activities to inform strategic decisions and ensure compliance with national regulations
• Supporting the delivery of financial planning, reporting, and performance monitoring to promote the accuracy of financial reporting
• Providing advice and guidance to senior stakeholders, forming strong relationships with both internal and external partners
• Contributing to organisational change projects, developing financial models, and evaluating investment opportunities to optimise resource allocation
• Assisting in the implementation of process and systems improvements, ensuring smooth integration and delivery

Suitable Candidate for the Management Accountant position:

• CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified with a well rounded skill set, ideally from a medium/large business
• Experienced in building relationships with diverse stakeholders, including senior managers
• Capable of analysing complex financial data and presenting clear insights to both financial and non-financial audiences
• Demonstrates strong organisational skills, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and develop
