Michael Page is working exclusively with a market leading business based on the outskirts of Southampton who is looking for an Interim Management Accountant to join their accountancy team on an ongoing basis. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal part in supporting with an ongoing project.Client DetailsA market leading organisation based on the outskirts of Southampton.DescriptionAs the Interim Management Accountant, you will be responsible for:Prepare and review financial reports and budgets for internal stakeholders.Assist with monthly management accounts and variance analysis.Provide financial insights to support decision-making processes.Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.Support the preparation of year-end accounts and audits.Monitor and manage cash flow and financial forecasting.Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial data.Identify opportunities for cost-saving and process improvements.ProfileA successful Interim Management Accountant should have:Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance, such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.Strong experience in management accounting within a similar environment.Proficiency with financial software and advanced Excel skills.Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.The ability to communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.Job ..... full job details .....
