Management Accountant

Citadel Source are pleased to be working exclusively with an established and growing services organisationbased in Bristol to recruit a Management Accountant into their finance team. Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a broad and varied position that combines core accounting responsibilities with forecasting, analytics, and process improvement. Offering a hybrid working pattern of three days in the office and two from home, this opportunity would suit an ambitious part-qualified accountant looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking finance function. About you You are a part-qualified accountant who enjoys balancing detailed financial control work with commercial analysis and business improvement initiatives. You have strong reconciliation skills, excellent attention to detail and enjoy working with data to provide meaningful insight. You are comfortable taking ownership of key financial processes, managing competing deadlines and working with stakeholders across the business. You are naturally curious, eager to learn and interested in how technology, automation and AI can improve finance processes.
