Management Accountant Bristol Hybrid Working (3 Days Onsite) £45,000 - £55,000 DOE Full Time Permanent 40 Hours per Week We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join a growing business in Bristol. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a key role in providing high-quality financial information, supporting business decision-making, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day finance operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys taking ownership, working closely with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement across a finance function. The Role As Management Accountant, you will be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, maintaining strong financial controls, and ensuring finance processes operate efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include: Financial Reporting and Management Accounts Prepare monthly management accounts within agreed reporting deadlines Provide insightful commentary and variance analysis against budget and prior periods Support the preparation of annual statutory accounts Act as the key contact for external auditors during the annual audit process Prepare monthly VAT returns for review and submission Management Information and Analysis Produce high-quality management information to support informed decision-making Analyse financial performance and identify key trends ..... full job details .....
