Part Qualified/Qualified Management Accountant.£45K + Benefits (hybrid)Supportive environment - excellent development opportunityThis role offers hands-on exposure to month end, reporting and analysis, working closely with an experienced Financial Controller - ideal for someone AAT qualified or part-qualified ACCA / CIMA who wants a clear route toward full qualification. The role you''ll support the wider finance function with:Preparation of monthly management accountsPosting month end journals (accruals, prepayments, depreciation)Balance sheet reconciliations and PandL variance analysisFixed asset register maintenanceSupporting budgets, forecasts and cash flowAssisting with AP/AR, bank reconciliations and VAT returnsInvolvement in audit prep, systems and process improvements This is a broad role that goes beyond transaction processing and gives exposure to the full accounting cycle.What we''re looking for Studying towards ACCA / CIMA or qualified1-3 years'' experience in a finance or accounting roleConfident with double-entry and month endStrong Excel skills (PivotTables / XLOOKUP beneficial)Proactive, organised and keen to develop Why apply?
