Major Donor Manager

OverviewProspectus is working with our client to recruit a Major Donor Manager. The charity has a trusted presence in communities across the country, offering practical and emotional support to some of the most vulnerable people in society. Their mission is to offer hope, dignity, and opportunity for all. The charity is seeking an experienced Major Donor Fundraiser to help grow support from High Net Worth Individuals and build a strong pipeline of donors. This role will focus on expanding and leveraging major donor networks, cultivating long-term relationships, and securing significant income to support the organisation’s mission. You will proactively generate new leads while contributing to wider team growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and grow support from High Net Worth Individuals and build a strong donor pipeline.

Expand and leverage major donor networks to secure significant income for the organisation’s mission.

Cultivate long-term relationships with major donors and secure ongoing support.

Proactively generate new leads and contribute to wider team growth.

Requirements / Qualifications

Proven track record of building strong, lasting donor relationships and of securing significant gifts.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to make successful asks and open new networks.

Salary and LocationSalary: £33,513 to £37,725 (pay band 05)Hybrid working: 2 days in the London headquarters
