Job Purpose:To manage the customer by delivering engagement and value in your role ensuring your allocated customers are receiving a service that meets and exceeds their contractual requirements. To manage multiple internal and external contacts developing strong relationships, working proactively, with a problem solving and growth mindset. Taking accountability and shared responsibility for delivering customer satisfaction linked to the companies value proposition.
