As our in-house Maintenance Technician, you''ll be responsible for the general upkeep, repairs, and maintenance of all our restaurant locations. Youll also work with external contractors alongside the groups Operations Manager and Operations Director to ensure all work is completed to our standards, on time and within budget, with a keen eye on future proofing.Key Responsibilities:Perform general repairs, builders odd jobs and maintenance across both sites.Carry out basic plumbing, plastering, painting, carpentry, and other hands-on tasks.Respond promptly to maintenance requests from venue managers.Carry out regular inspections to identify and address potential issues.Liaise with and supervise outside contractors when specialist work is required.Monitor and maintain maintenance logs and ensure compliance with the groups health and safety standards via our systems Food Alert (Alert 65) and Access Maintain.Ideal Candidate Will Have:Proven experience in a maintenance role, ideally within hospitality.Competence in a range of trades including plumbing, carpentry, plastering, painting, and builders work and odd jobs.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.A full UK driving licence (Not essential).What We Offer:A supportive and friendly team environment.Opportunities for growth within a thriving restaurant group.Competitive salary and benefits.Varied and rewarding work across some of the citys most exciting venues.If you''re a hands-on professional who takes pride in quality work and keeping things running behind the scenes, wed love to hear from ..... full job details .....
