(Paid just below 10% last year) Automatic life assurance cover (5x annual salary) OT readily available and paid at 1.5x Mon - Sat, 2x on Sun Healthcare cash plan We are looking for a multi-skilled maintenance team leader with a proven background in food/beverage manufacturing to join our fast-paced manufacturing facility in Milton Keynes. As a business, we have over 10 UK locations with an annual turnover well in excess of £400m, which we have reinvested into the plant. Our facility is only 12 years old, with lots of brand-new state-of-the-art machinery, with plenty of land to expand onto with plans to nearly triple capacity over the next 5 years. Our process is fully automated with lots of technical aspects and varied work on a day-to-day basis. Role Responsibilities include but not limited to Ensuring adherence to all health and safety procedures and policies at all times Lead a team of 4 shift engineers including performance management and reviews, and operational handovers Lead engineering/maintenance activities across the shift including asset performance to maximise OEE, continuous improvement, breakdown resolution via RCA.
