ENGINEERING TEAM LEADER Job Title: Engineering Team Leader Location: Cambridgeshire Salary: Up to £59,000 Shift: Rotating Double Days Job Role of the Engineering Team Leader. We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Engineering Team Leader to join a fast-paced, high-volume FMCG manufacturing site in Cambridgshire. The company has heavily invested in advanced automation, continuous improvement projects, and state-of-the-art production lines, making it an excellent workplace for engineers looking to step into leadership while continuing to develop their technical skills. As the Engineering Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance engineers while also remaining hands-on with electrical and mechanical maintenance. You will support the delivery of planned preventative maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and ensure engineering activities are completed safely and efficiently to maximise machine availability. Working on a rotating double days shift pattern, you will play a key role in minimising downtime, supporting production targets, and driving engineering standards and continuous improvement across the site. Sector - FMCG Factory Maintenance Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Engineering Team Leader Maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing or FMCG environment.
