Maintenance Team Leader Salary: 23.57 per hour Shift: Double Days Job Type: Full-time About the Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Team Leader to join a busy manufacturing environment. This is a key leadership position responsible for the day-to-day management and direction of the maintenance team. The successful candidate will use their strong technical knowledge and leadership skills to coordinate maintenance activities, minimise downtime and ensure the team consistently delivers high standards of safety, quality and performance. The role will suit a technically strong maintenance professional who is ready to take the next step into a leadership position, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the maintenance team on a day-to-day basis. Prioritise maintenance activities and allocate work to ensure operational targets are achieved. Manage the maintenance system to ensure all work is accurately recorded and repairs are completed within required timescales. Raise and manage maintenance work orders. Provide technical guidance, support and direction to the maintenance team. Monitor the quality and standard of maintenance work completed. Manage critical spare parts and ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained. Attend relevant meetings and communicate key information and updates to the maintenance team.
