Maintenance Supervisor

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Maintenance Supervisor to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services across a state of the art sports venue. The Maintenance Supervisor, will be responsible for: Supervise the team in all aspects of work, undertaking people management activities such as Safety Briefings, absence reporting, performance reviews, annual leave and timesheet approvals. Plan and arrange staff training to support their development. Ensure that you and the team undertake repairs to HVAC Plant and Associated Systems to a high standard. Ensure that you and the team undertake installation, alteration and repairs to pipework systems as needed to a high standard and in good time to minimise impact of downtime. Have the ability to undertake repairs to pumps within the workshop, including replacement of Mechanical Seals and other common causes of pump failure.
