This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Engineer or Maintenance Supervisor looking for a hands-on position with real autonomy. You''ll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of a single man site, overseeing landlord services across a seven-storey commercial building with a basement and rooftop plant, while acting as the main point of contact for both the client and specialist contractors.
