MAINTENANCE DISREPAIR SUPERVISORTemp Role Location: UB TW KT postcode areas 35.46per hour Via Umbrella or CIS Must have full UK Driving licence We are seeking to recruit a Disrepair Supervisor to be based in out Southgate office to cover UB TW KT postcode areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Team which provides in house repairs and maintenance service companywide, involving over 200 people focused on delivering repairs and planned improvements to more than 26,000 homes. This is a critical role requiring a candidate with exceptional knowledge of housing repairs and disrepair. The position is a nine/twelve -month contract with a competitive hourly rate, ideal for a dedicated professional looking to make a significant impact in a short period.This role will require you to be responsible for the supervision of a team of operatives, ensuring that the services provided are in line with the KPIs and set strategy. Being fully compliant with legislative, regulatory, contractual, budgetary and policy constraints.
