The Role Oversee the day-to-day maintenance operation, coordinating engineers and subcontractors. Manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the site. Provide technical support and guidance to the engineering team. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health and safety legislation and site procedures. Monitor maintenance performance, ensuring jobs are completed within agreed timescales. Coordinate contractors and oversee works carried out on site. Maintain accurate maintenance records, logbooks and compliance documentation. Assist with fault-finding and troubleshooting across building services systems.
