This is a great opportunity if you''re looking to avoid the commute into London, join a market leading service provider, receive additional training and expand further in your career!This is a static position, following a fixed schedule of Monday - Friday, 8am - 5PM.As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee a team of MandE Engineers, allocate works, oversee site logbooks, RAMs, Permits, Contractors whilst also remaining on the tools carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.Maintenance Supervisor Duties: Motors and Generators UPS Systems Emergency Lighting Fire Alarm Testing AHUs, FCUs and VAVs Pumps, Belts, Bearings and Seals Sprinkler Systems BMS Operation Carrying out plant and system isolations in line with safety procedures Ensuring all corrective and repair works are completed to required regulations and standards Promoting safe working practices and compliance across site Organising and managing subcontractors Completing RAMS, permits to work, and logbooks Raising and closing jobs via PDA systems Producing reports and attending client meetings Keeping the Account Manager updated on site activity and progress Liaising with client representatives regarding remedial and repair works.
