Building Maintenance Supervisor

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Building Maintenance Supervisor to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for a Building Maintenance Supervisor who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. This is a working supervisor role where you''ll lead from the front, combining your technical expertise with team leadership to deliver high-quality maintenance services. The Building Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for: Lead and support a team of 8 engineers across 3 sites, ensuring effective delivery of planned and reactive maintenance Carry out hands-on mechanical, electrical, or multi-skilled maintenance tasks Allocate work, provide technical guidance, and support team development Ensure compliance with health and safety and statutory requirements Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders To be successful in this role, you must have: Relevant qualification (City and Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in mechanical or electrical discipline) Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory or lead role Strong understanding of building services and compliance requirements If you feel you have the necessary skills set and experience to perform this Building ..... full job details .....
