Maintenance Specialist / Engineer

Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer or Fabric Engineer looking for a varied, hands-on role? A leading workplace and facilities management company is looking for a Maintenance Specialist to join its expanding team, maintaining high-quality office environments across London Zones 1 and 2. This is a mobile role where no two days are the same, giving you the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of client sites carrying out reactive maintenance, repairs and fit-out support. The Role As the Maintenance Specialist, you will: Carry out first-line maintenance, diagnosing faults and completing repairs or arranging specialist contractors where required. Deliver a wide range of reactive maintenance including plumbing, minor electrical works, decorating, carpentry and general fabric repairs. Complete site inspections and identify larger repair requirements. Support office fit-outs and tenant move-ins, including mounting TVs, installing whiteboards and completing finishing works. Oversee contractor works to ensure they are completed safely and to a high standard. Travel between sites across London using public transport, managing your workload through a mobile job management system. Build positive relationships with clients while delivering an excellent on-site service.
