This role is an excellent opportunity for a senior HR professional with strong business partnering and change management expertise.Day-to-day of the role:Lead and support change management initiatives, including restructures, consultation exercises, and redundancy programmes.Partner with senior managers and department heads to provide strategic HR advice and workforce planning support.Advise on complex employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, capability, and sickness cases.Support leadership teams with organisational design, talent planning, and performance management.Ensure compliance with employment legislation, HR policies, and best practices.Drive inclusive recruitment and onboarding practices.Analyse people data and trends to inform decision-making and workforce strategies.Collaborate with Corporate HR, Occupational Health, Learning and Development, and other specialist teams.Required Skills and Qualifications:Significant experience operating at HR Business Partner or Senior ..... full job details .....
