Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Plumbing Bias) Location: Greenford Site and Office Based Salary: £40,000 £45,000 + Company Van and Fuel Card Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Start Date: Immediate Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm Probation Period: 3 Months Job Overview: A new opportunity has become available for a skilled and proactive Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with a strong plumbing background to join a well-established maintenance team. The role is split between site and office work, delivering high standards of planned and reactive maintenance across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities: Complete remedial works and PPM tasks in line with schedules and update records via the helpdesk system. Source appropriate equipment and materials in conjunction with the Contracts Manager and purchasing team. Conduct basic fault finding on both electrical and mechanical systems. Accurately complete job sheets detailing call-out descriptions, time spent, and materials used. Keep site logbooks updated and carry out site audits, including cosmetic and general maintenance reviews. Ensure plant systems and associated assets are well documented for asset registers and reporting. Liaise regularly with the Helpdesk team to ensure timely completion of PPM works. Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, site-specific RAMS, and issue permits as needed.
