Maintenance plumbers (with own van) are required as soon as possible for ongoing works in East London. Duties include maintenance/PPM on drainage, water and heating systems on domestic and commercial properties across East London. Plus reactive response to faults and maintenance, and the inspection of pipework, pumps, valves etc. You''ll also work closely, in liaison with other MandE trades to ensure that systems are fully operational with routine checks on properties, where necessary. Applicants require a minimum of 4 years relevant experience with an NVQ level 2 or 3 in a related skill plus an up-to-date blue skills card.
