A leading building services provider is seeking a Maintenance Plumber to join their team on a static contract, working across modern residential sites in Victoria and South Kensington. You’ll be part of a supportive team with access to ongoing training, mentoring, and genuine opportunities to grow within the business.

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing works
• Assist with fault finding, repairs, and general plumbing tasks (taps, toilets, valves, leaks, and pipework)
• Support water hygiene compliance through flushing, TMV checks, temperature monitoring, and basic dosing
• Work alongside a wider maintenance team, gaining hands-on experience across building services
• Maintain compliance with health & safety procedures and accurate record-keeping

• City & Guilds Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing and Heating
• Around 2 years’ experience in a maintenance or plumbing role (building services experience desirable but not essential)
• A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Good communication skills and a client-facing approach
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• £36,000 – £40,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
